Common requests

• Subscription help: include your Apple ID purchase status screenshot if needed, but never send passwords.
• Account deletion: request deletion inside the app when available, or email us from the account email.
• Mac file import: choose or drop only the files you want to use, remove pending items before sending, and never email private files or credentials for troubleshooting.
  Mac 文件导入：只选择或拖入你确实要使用的文件，发送前可移除待发送项目；排查问题时不要通过邮件发送私密文件或凭据。
• macOS permissions: Calendar, Reminders, and notifications are optional. DouOS requests them only after you choose to connect the feature; denied access can be changed in System Settings.
  macOS 权限：日历、提醒事项和通知均为可选；只有你主动连接相应功能时才会请求权限，拒绝后可在“系统设置”中更改。
